As Head of AI Adoption & Enablement, you lead how HBX deploys and scales AI across the business. You partner with Technology to define platforms, governance, and licensing, ensuring secure, value-driven AI usage. You build AI literacy and a scalable enablement program to drive measurable impact. You’ll champion an AI-enabled workforce strategy and coordinate global, cross-functional adoption to accelerate HBX’s transformation in travel tech.

• Define and drive the enterprise AI stack adoption with partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with security and data standards
• Co‑define AI licensing strategy with Technology and Procurement, including role-based access and cost optimization
• Build scalable AI literacy and capability programs, create an AI Champion community, and track adoption impact with KPIs
• Manage a central intake and prioritization for AI use cases, assessing value, feasibility, scalability, risk, and readiness
• Collaborate with Technology to set AI and data platform requirements aligned with workforce strategy and ensure interoperability across tools
• Work with Legal, Risk, Security, Technology and Data to implement risk-based AI deployment principles and governance
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in Digital Transformation with AI exposure
• Experience with platform adoption, SaaS capabilities or AI/automation tools
• Experience defining prioritization frameworks for AI use cases at scale
• Exposure to AI platform vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Anthropic)
• Experience xpzdshu in learning design, capability building, and large-scale enablement programs
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Hands-on in training delivery, content development, and learning pathways
• Experience driving behavioral and cultural change and measuring adoption and value metrics
