Experteer Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end HR transformation programs at a global scale, guiding initiatives across COEs to deliver strategic value. You’ll work with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal leadership to align projects with Bunge’s objectives and drive measurable outcomes. You will navigate ambiguity, influence at executive levels, and promote best-practice project management. This is a chance to shape large-scale change and improve how HR enables business strategy.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead 7–10 large, complex HR transformation projects end-to-end, globally or regionally across ~30 countries
• Coordinate cross-functional work across HR COEs, IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders; maintain executive sponsorship and resource alignment
• Develop proactive risk, issue, and dependency management strategies and reporting
• Establish and maintain governance, plans, timelines, budgets, and transparent status reporting to senior leadership
• Contribute to the PMO by standardizing methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices; mentor junior PMs
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and industry best practices; foster quality and accountability
• Partner with change management and communications to drive adoption of new processes and systems
• Support portfolio prioritization and resource allocation to maximize strategic impact
• Navigate complex, ambiguous situations using critical thinking and creative problem-solving
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience with large-scale HR transformation programs and global teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Development; MBA or related master’s preferred
• PMP or CAPM certification required; PgMP or SAFe certification advantageous
• Proven experience managing global projects with executive-level stakeholder management (HRLT and global Directors)
• Strong organizational and portfolio-level planning; ability to manage interdependencies and multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to tailor messaging for executives
