What we're looking for
We need an organised, proactive Export Administrator with strong French and English skills. Someone who enjoys being in contact with clients, supporting them through the process, and making sure every order moves smoothly from A to Z. If you're the kind of person who likes things well done, appreciates a friendly and collaborative environment, and feels at home in an international setting, you'll fit right in.
Your main responsibilities
* Managing export documentation and order processing
* Communicating with clients in French and English
* Coordinating shipments and following up on delivery timings
* Providing administrative support to the sales team
* Keeping information and internal systems updated and organised
Schedule
* Monday to Thursday: 9:00–13:00 and 13:30–18:00
* Friday: 8:00–15:00
Salary
* 1400€ net per month (12 monthly payments, prorated).
