Senior Recruiter / Account Manager at Gracia101 Talent Solutions
Duration: 6-month contract, with potential for a permanent position
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced recruiter with at least 1 year of experience, ideally in an international setting, to join our client’s team – for 6 months (with possible internalisation). You will be instrumental in attracting top talent and supporting our clients' recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
* Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements.
* Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
* Conduct initial assessments and conductinterviews.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements:
* 1+ year of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
* Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.
* Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
