Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance targets weekly, monthly, and quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure data recorded in the CRM is accurate and up-to-date.Remove roadblocks and help the team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.Analyze data performance and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for clients and specific territories.Stay current on developments in client services and market trends, and ensure the team is informed.Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.Maintain balanced communication with the Sales Director and external clients to foster and develop strategic relationships.Ensure team understanding to achieve operating plan targets, sales targets, and client performance targets (CPTs).Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds.Partner and build business relationships with all partners to meet customer expectations.We embrace our gamechangers — people from diverse backgrounds who are curious and willing to learn.
