DXC is looking for a Sales Professional to join our growing Europe team. Sales professionals drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure.
Responsibilities
Lead selling processes that identify, qualify, cultivate, and close new business
Create and help frame DXC’s differentiated value story, and develop strategic win themes for proposals
Work within a wide partner ecosystem to seize market trends and opportunities
Operate within teams and direct specific team sales origination activities
Create strategic and tactical plans to grow a book of business and assist in closing opportunities
Educate clients on DXC capabilities and success stories to effectively communicate DXC’s value proposition to both partners and customers
Interact with CxO levels at clients and within DXC
Foster relationships with clients and internally with account teams as DXC values long-term relationships and trust
Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline and forecast data in collaboration with Sales Operations
Requirements
Experience in SAP Portfolio solutions sales and business development
Leads the creation and execution of pipeline expansion to ensure account growth objectives are met
Experience collaborating with Account teams to create strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close revenue opportunities
Proven track record in supporting complex sales cycles and cross-functional teamwork
Proven consultative/relationship skills with different levels of customer organizations
Proven track record of increasing revenue, improving close ratios for new clients, and expanding business with existing clients
Extensive knowledge of the competitive landscape, market trends and sales processes
Ability to gain access and influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations
Ability to leverage partnerships and ecosystems to drive additional revenue and value creation by understanding industry trends xhfqzwm and channels
Significant business relationships and network with CXO levels
Knowledge of SAP ERP products and solutions and ability to translate knowledge to our partner ecosystem
Spanish native and fluent in English
Located in Spain is a must (ideally in Madrid)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree;
Advanced Degree a plus
Core management consulting skills including:
Executive & Digital Leadership Workshop facilitation
Client interviews / focus groups
Run end-to-end digital sales cycles (origination → solution → close)
Experience in a complex matrixed organization
Experience working with and going to market with strategic vendors
Design client business cases
Must be legally authorized to work in Europe without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
