Manpower Professional Recruitment has partnered with a well known multinational specialized in logistics with multi-country operations that is looking for a Compliance Manager to join its corporate team in Barcelona. This position plays a key role in strengthening governance structures, managing regulatory risk and promoting a strong compliance culture across the business.

What you’ll do
* Lead group-wide compliance risk assessments and define mitigation strategies.
* Design, implement and continuously improve the global compliance framework.
* Develop and roll out policies, internal standards and procedures.
* Embed compliance requirements into business operations, investments and decision-making processes.
* Establish and monitor internal control systems to prevent and detect non-compliance.
* Review processes, reports and workflows to identify systemic risks and recurring issues.
* Coordinate with department heads to ensure consistent application of compliance policies.
* Work closely with Legal and HR on regulatory and workforce-related matters.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on compliance, governance and risk exposure.
* Prepare and present compliance matters to board-level risk and audit bodies.
* Conduct periodic internal audits and reviews.
* Drive awareness initiatives and foster a culture of compliance.
* Design and deliver training programs on compliance and ethical standards.
What we’re looking for
* 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk, legal or related corporate roles.
* Background in consulting and/or law firms is highly valued.
* Strong understanding of processes, internal controls and compliance technology.
* Experience operating in complex, multinational environments.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including board-level exposure.
* Confident public speaker with experience delivering training sessions.
* Professional profile characterized by resilience, proactivity, empathy and influence.
* Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
* Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
