RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Plan, execute and deliver projects on time, in budget and within scope and quality
Gather requirements, design, implement and ensure a successful go-live and cutover phases are completed
Track and report project status and manage project teams to mitigate issues and risks
Accountable for the realization of the business value of your project(s).
Develop the strategies and plans to drive adoption of the processes and tools produced as result of each project
Coordinate, prioritize, plan and ensure skill sufficiency for internal and external project team members. Together with your program manager (when applicable)
Manage interdependence across other projects and organizations serving as main integration point for other workstreams and dependent projects.
Ensure sound financial stewardship is used throughout the project(s)
Establish project success metrics and collection processes.
Act as gatekeeper reporting to the PMO on project methodology, tools, techniques, standards and deliverables
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholder
Ensure successful delivery of projects (on time and within budget) while identifying company priorities, potential issues/risks, and benefits
Experience working in a General Organization managing stakeholders in different time zones and locations
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment
Excellent coordination, prioritization and organizational skills
Skilled in managing multiple projects and resource constraints to optimize results
Ability to work effectively and achieve results in a matrix organization
Process focused with an understanding of end-to-end business processes and their financial impacts
Ability to identify root cause issues and develop plans to resolve
Ability to influence effectively to inspire and sustain change
Proficiency in English language, Spanish is desirable
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.G., engineering, business) is required.
Project management qualification (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager is desirable
Knowledge of project management frameworks/methodologies
Preferred: Experience leading projects in Shared Services and migrations
Preferred: Experience participating in Technology projects
