Program Manager – Lonza Porriño
Full‑time program manager role with operational and reporting responsibility for cross‑functional project teams to deliver scope objectives on time, in full, and quality.
What you will do
Interface between customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery per expectations.
Understand customer needs and represent interests as advocate on‑site.
Use PM Standard Work processes to manage projects effectively.
Accountable for operational aspects leading cross‑functional teams to deliver scope objectives with quality.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout program life through collaborative relationship management with AM/Sales.
Act as PMPeer during onboarding of new individuals.
Develop and share best practices in PM tools and methodologies at local level.
Ensure adherence to Global Program and Project Center of Excellence (PPM CoE) Standards, data integrity excellence in Planview.
What we are looking for
Spanish and English business fluent.
Bachelor in Life Sciences; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous relevant experience in project/program management and technical competency in Pharmaceutical Industry (cGMP, regulatory standards, Biotech processing).
Prior experience with MS Office package.
PMP or relevant PM certification.
Experience working in a matrix organization structure.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
