Looking for
A senior engineering leader who can build and scale Triple’s Forward Deployment Engineering function from the ground up. You will define how we integrate AI agents into the core systems of major banks, set the technical standard for every deployment, and grow a team of FDEs who deliver at the intersection of engineering and client success.

What you will do
* Build and lead the Forward Deployment Engineering team: hire, mentor, and set the technical bar for engineers who work directly inside bank environments
* Define the integration architecture and reusable frameworks that allow Triple’s AI agents to connect with any core banking system, card processor, or dispute platform
* Own the technical quality of every client integration, from secure API design and data pipeline reliability to compliance with bank-grade security requirements
* Create scalable deployment tooling, integration templates, and automation that reduce time-to-live for new clients from months to weeks
* Work hands-on with the most complex integrations, setting the example for the team and unblocking critical deployments personally when needed
* Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate integration patterns and client constraints into platform capabilities
* Establish processes for knowledge sharing across deployments so that every integration makes the next one faster
