The primary purpose of this **IT Business Partner** is to lead the digital agenda for the business. Acting in partnership to drive the strategic and tactical digital account plans and deliver business value. This role will ensure delivery of IT road maps to agreed time and budget in line with business strategy
**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead the IT Development agenda and Transformation Roadmap for the account
- Drive business account growth through IT innovation and transformation
- Management of internal and external service providers incl. other DHL IT departments (i.e., DHL ITS, DHL Supply Chain IT)
- Lead system & process improvement with Integrated IT systems solutions, supporting requirement gathering, selecting suppliers and providing the business with innovative solutions.
- Acting as project lead for small to medium size IT projects for the account.
**Requirements for the job**
- IT Experience 5 years minimum
- High level knowledge of Software Components & Operating system requirements SOA (Service Orientated Architecture)
- Strong understanding IT System Development lifecycle and demonstrated project delivery experience
- Strong understanding IT System Integration solutions and technology
- Software Configuration & Change Management experience
- Strong Knowledge of the Oracle Transport Management system (OTM)
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Azure Cloud Technology
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Strong Visual Studio (i.e., C#), T-SQL/ DB2 SQL development skills
- Managing the support and successful realisation of business solutions
- Strong communication and listening skills, and effective in communicating ideas; frequent interaction with wide range of customer contacts"

- Project Management skills (DePict, Prince 2)
- Strong change Management skills
- Experience of working within a multinational enterprise business environment
- People management experience at middle management level (desirable)
- Logistics Industry experience of 5 years (desirable)
