Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Board of Directors, you'll own Evolf's SMB sales P&L; while contributing to EMEA growth initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proven hunter with deep Salesforce ecosystem connections who can win platform implementation deals and scale a high-velocity sales engine.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the SMB sales strategy for EMEA, develop GTM plans, hit aggressive growth targets, and drive regional expansion - Build and lead a results-driven sales team executing high-velocity processes tailored to the SMB segment - Leverage your Salesforce network to architect joint business plans and co-sell motions with Salesforce EMEA leadership—this partnership is non-negotiable - Hunt new SMB opportunities across Salesforce portfolio (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce implementations…) - Expand existing accounts by identifying platform extension and cross-cloud opportunities - Drive presales activities including opportunity qualification, solution sizing, scoping, and commercial structuring - Partner with EMEA Growth Officer and Salesforce Practice leads to convert pipeline across markets - Maintain accurate forecasting and revenue analytics to inform Board-level decision making - Optimize BDR and sales processes for speed, scalability, and profitability in the SMB motion - Act as a trusted advisor, aligning client business needs with the right Salesforce platform solutions
What You Bring
- 5+ years in Salesforce services sales with a proven track record of exceeding quota in the SMB segment - Established relationships within the Spanish Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce AEs, RVPs, AVPs, etc) wider EMEA Salesforce Network desirable - Proven success building and managing structured sales teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments - Deep platform knowledge across Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and emerging products like Agentforce - Experience managing full P&L; responsibility and contributing at Board level - Strong coaching ability with a commitment to building diverse, high-performing teams
