Field Sales Representatives (m/f)
Your mission
Reporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory, covering Eastern Spain. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into long-term customers.
In this context, your main responsibilities are:
Analyze your territory and identify business opportunities
Actively prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, visits, networking and events
Organize sales tours and generate qualified appointments
Conduct product demonstrations and defend the client's value proposition
Manage the entire sales cycle through to completion
Maintain a structured activity, with good use of CRM, regular reporting and KPI monitoring.
Use digital tools, business software and internal processes with ease
Working with structured methods and collaborative tools like Notion
Share market feedback and collaborate with internal teams
Represent the brand at congresses, trade shows and events
Your profile
You have a successful background in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
Solid experience in B2B field sales
Hunter profile with the ability to open new markets
Experience in prospecting and developing new accounts
Comfortable with technical products, software, or high-value solutions
Excellent organization, autonomy, and results-oriented
Strong affinity for technology and comfort with digital tools
Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
Pragmatic, flexible mentality and start-up spirit
Salary & benefits : 35,000€ fixed salary gross per year, up to 20,000€, company car provided
