About the Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Clinic Manager to lead a fast-growing, innovative clinic at the forefront of Precision Health, Longevity, and Wellness. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or clinic professional who thrives in a high-performance environment and is passionate about delivering world-class patient experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, driving commercial performance, leading and developing a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring an outstanding patient journey from consultation through to ongoing care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, fast-paced clinic.
Drive commercial performance, revenue growth, and clinic profitability.
Deliver an exceptional patient and customer experience at every touchpoint.
Recruit, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing clinic team.
Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant standards.
Monitor clinic KPIs and implement strategies to continuously improve performance.
Build strong relationships with patients, practitioners, and external stakeholders.
Manage scheduling, resource planning, and clinic workflows to maximize productivity.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centric culture.
Act as the face of the clinic, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and service.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a Clinic Manager, Practice Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business performance and growth.
Exceptional people leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and customer service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Genuine interest in Precision Health, Longevity, Wellness, Preventative Medicine, Biohacking, or Health Optimization.
Comfortable working with performance metrics and operational targets.
Fluent English required; Spanish is highly desirable.
