Aviation MRO Supply Chain
Permanent or Freelance · Location Europe
You have spent a decade or more inside airline and/or MRO Supply Chain, Inventory, Purchasing, Repair Cycle Management. You know what works, what doesn't, and exactly why the documented process and the reality diverged years ago.
You are at the point where you want to fix those problems for a living — not as one project inside one operation, but across multiple carriers and MRO providers. You want to translate what you know into something operators can actually use, and you want client rooms where the conversation goes deeper than slideware.
That's the role.
What you would actually do
Identify issues in client technical operations related to supply chain and maintenance, including inventory, purchasing, planning, and engineering support. Map the AS-IS reality, not what is in the process manual. Find root causes, and distinguish design failures from execution gaps from system constraints. Design TO-BE processes that work for the night-shift stores supervisor, not just the steering committee. Document to governance and audit standard. Train the operators who will run the new process. Present findings to C-level audiences and hold your ground on the questions.
You own engagements end-to-end. No analyst pool below you to do the work. No PMO above you to translate it. Execution is the product.
