Our client has been expanding rapidly, and we're supporting them in hiring a
Claims and Administration Manager
to oversee claims processes and administrative functions for projects across the continent, with a strong focus on Iberia.
What You'll Be Doing Managing insurance claims end-to-end, including liaising with brokers and insurers Coordinating contract administration and maintaining documentation for energy projects Supporting with invoice follow-ups and other general administrative duties Collaborating with colleagues across Europe to ensure seamless handling of operational tasks Providing insights and recommendations to improve claims processes and risk management Travelling occasionally within Europe as required
What You'll Bring to the Table Solid experience in insurance and claims management, ideally within an international or multi-site environment Strong understanding of how insurance processes work, including broker interaction Excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach to administration Full professional fluency in
Spanish and English ;
French
is a plus Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growing business Available for a
