As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in Spain, you will participate in the development, delivery, and maintenance of business solutions based on SAP technologies. You will capture functional and technical requirements from the client and translate business requirements into SAP solutions, identifying the best fit. You will be responsible for SuccessFactors solution development, customizations, and deployment. You will work in multidisciplinary teams (technical, functional, business) locally and remotely.
Our SuccessFactors Consultants have excellent communication skills, the ability to explain complex concepts simply, and build relationships with clients—both business and IT. The most experienced consultants will lead and manage projects, financials, client relationships, and collaborate with delivery centers worldwide. xpzdshu
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience with SuccessFactors
Knowledge of Employee Central, Payroll and/or Recruiting Management modules
Experience driving the development of functional and system specifications
Excellent command of English and Spanish at a consulting level
Strong communication skills and a good team player
Occasional travel may be required
