The Role :
As the first Account Executive in Iberia, you’ll lead sales efforts across the region. You’ll inherit active accounts, work with engaged users already leveraging the platform, and be the face of a company developers and enterprises already know and love.
You’ll be supported by a world-class solutions and marketing team, with a strong inbound brand and technical product adoption.
Key Responsibilities :
* Own and grow revenue across Iberia region, managing full-cycle sales with both inbound and outbound prospects.
* Build a scalable GTM strategy for the region with the support of leadership.
* Drive value-led conversations with senior stakeholders across enterprise and digital-native businesses.
* Manage expansions within existing accounts and identify new opportunities across verticals.
* Work cross-functionally with sales engineers, marketing, and product to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Who We’re Looking For :
* 3+ years of SaaS closing experience, ideally in DevTools, infrastructure, or API-related products.
* Native or fluent in Spanish (Portuguese a bonus), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience selling into technical teams - including developers, engineers, or product leaders.
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment.
* Driven, curious, and motivated to shape the future of a region with massive greenfield opportunity.
