We are looking for an IT Project Manager with a high level of English and solid experience leading technology projects within the insurance sector, especially migration and transformation initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex projects related to application, data, infrastructure, and core insurance platform migrations, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves working in international and multicultural environments, collaborating with business teams, architects, developers, operations teams, and external vendors. Main Responsibilities Lead end-to-end IT projects within the insurance sector. Manage technology migration projects, including: Legacy systems migration. Policy and data migration. Cloud transformations. Platform consolidation. Data center or core application migrations. Define and control project planning, scope, risks, dependencies, and budget. Coordinate international multidisciplinary teams and business/technology stakeholders. Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and governance are met. Manage external vendors and technology partners. Track KPIs, prepare executive reporting, and present project status updates to management. Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and follow-up meetings. Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans. Ensure smooth production transition and post-migration support. Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and standards. Work under Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies depending on the project. Requirements Experience +5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager. Proven experience within the insurance sector. Strong experience leading complex technology migration projects. Background in projects related to: Policy Administration Systems. Claims platforms. CRM and customer systems. Data migration. Cloud migration. Application and API integration. Experience managing international projects. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams. Technical Skills Strong understanding of IT architectures and enterprise ecosystems. Experience with project management tools such as: JIRA Confluence MS Project ServiceNow Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of API integrations and data migration processes. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Languages Fluent/high level of English (minimum B2-C1).
