**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
We are actively seeking an HR Intern to assist with the HR daily operations and processes; administer projects and maintain records and data.
**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:
- Handle all day to day employee inquiries
- Manage employee tracking system and reporting data (hires, terminations, enrollments, etc.)
- Provide support in administering HR policies and procedures
- Assist with special projects and other duties
- Handle employees' benefits with providers
- Contract drafting and other legal documents
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Extremely high level of attention to detail
- Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- High fluency in English and Spanish
