About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members across all phases of the investment process, from deal origination and analysis to execution and portfolio management. This is a unique opportunity to gain meaningful investing experience in private equity in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities, including market trends, industry dynamics, and company performance.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Participate in due diligence processes, gathering and assessing information on target companies.
- Support the execution of transactions, including drafting investment materials and coordinating with advisors.
- Monitor and report on portfolio company performance, contributing to strategic and value creation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity or Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or any STEM-related field from a leading university.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
