Experteer Overview In this role you lead the SAS Managed Cloud Services delivery team, ensuring peak performance and alignment with revenue and profitability goals. You’ll oversee delivery, operations, and success capabilities across the business, driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. You shape regional working practices while supporting diverse enterprise customers in the public cloud. You’ll help manage risk, security, and compliance, delivering high-value service outcomes and customer satisfaction. - Lead, mentor and develop technical teams to meet customer commitments
- Understand and apply business concepts for revenue growth, cost management, and budget adherence
- Identify and implement process improvements and tools to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success to align services with growth strategies
- Prepare and deliver reports on service performance, financials and customer satisfaction
- Identify and mitigate cloud delivery risks including security and compliance
- Contribute to strategic planning for long-term managed services goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders
- Oversee service delivery and ongoing support of enterprise software in the public cloud
- Manage customer escalations to drive timely resolutions
- Ensure adherence to security policies supporting secure software development goals

- 8+ years of experience in Information Systems within a functional area
- 5 years in a leadership role including 2 years in formal management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Excellent technical knowledge of operating systems and hardware architecture
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to supervise and train employees with varying skill sets in high-pressure environments
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
