Job Description: We are Looking for an experienced
Data Analyst
with a strong background in
banking data processes
, including data origination, modeling, and quality control. The ideal candidate will lead data-related discussions, define MDM models, and ensure consistent data governance across the bank.
Responsibilities: Analyze customer data needs across the bank Identify data origination flows and golden sources; diagnose potential data gaps Identify data consumption flows within the bank Define storage criteria for the MDM, including model design, persistence, scope, and process consistency Define and implement data quality control models Document traceability, definitions, business concepts, and semantic relationships between business entities Skills / Knowledge: Proven experience in the bank’s onboarding processes (mandatory) C1-level English proficiency (mandatory) Strong communication, leadership, and proactive engagement in meetings Experience in data management and modeling User-level data analysis skills (SQL, cross-checks, data validation, etc.) Seniority: Minimum 5 years of experience Ability to lead data-related meetings and engage with stakeholders independently
