**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a strategic content plan to drive engagement and community growth.
- Curate, create, and schedule compelling content (text, images, videos, and graphics) for various social media platforms.
- Design visually appealing posts that align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Manage and engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and discussions promptly.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and reach.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on performance metrics and insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, social media algorithms, and audience engagement techniques.
- Expertise in content curation, copywriting, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Excellent community management skills with a proactive approach to fostering online engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on performance data.
- Experience in trend analysis and staying ahead of emerging social media trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
- Experience in the education sector or knowledge of boarding school life is a plus.
