Join Our Team as an EMEA IT SAP MM / SD Business System Senior Analyst!
We are seeking an experienced SAP professional to manage and optimize our SAP SD and MM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, system configuration, and integration.
Responsibilities include:
* Analyzing and documenting business requirements for SD and MM modules.
* Configuring and customizing SAP SD and MM modules to meet business needs.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
* Supporting and troubleshooting SAP SD and MM issues.
* Conducting system testing and validation.
* Developing and delivering end-user training.
* Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Completing projects on time and within budget.
* Achieving high user satisfaction ratings.
* Ensuring effective training and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
* Approximately 5 years of SAP SD experience and 2 years in SAP MM.
* Strong knowledge of Sales & Distribution and Materials Management processes.
* Proven experience in SAP system configuration and customization.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in relevant fields.
* Proficiency in other European languages.
* SAP certifications in SD and MM.
* Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
* Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint.
