Your Mission
As Store Manager, you will lead the store strategically and operationally, driving team growth, performance, customer experience, and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities

* Market Vision & KPI Focus: use market insights and KPIs to make proactive decisions that increase revenue, enhance store performance, and support overall business success.
* Operational Excellence: ensure daily store operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Team Leadership & Development: motivate and inspire a high‑performing team, while leading recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
* Background in high‑turnover retail with a strong commercial focus, preferably in men’s fashion in the premium or entry‑to‑luxury segment.
* Strong skills in visual merchandising, stock management, commercial planning, and P&L oversight.
* Experience with store openings or strategic refurbishments is a plus.
* A true passion or strong affinity for the world of fashion.
