Legal Counsel for the EMEA Region
You will advise on contracts across EMEA operations, ensure legal compliance, manage risks, and collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to support our renewable energy projects.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, providing clear legal guidance to operational and technical teams
Collaborate with Services legal team and relevant business units
Liaise with external legal advisors, ensuring quality, consistency, and value for money
Support legal compliance across EMEA jurisdictions
Oversee contract governance and compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Provide training to internal teams on processes and best practices
Law degree, admitted to practice in Spain, with experience in commercial or corporate law
+Strong expertise in commercial contracts and regulatory matters
Bilingual Spanish–English
Excellent communication skills, able to explain legal concepts clearly to technical and operational teams
