In this role, you will support master data creation, maintenance, and optimisation initiatives while contributing to ALK's global supply-chain processes.
You will work closely with local SAP SMEs across ALK sites and play a central role in supporting our SAP template (MM, PP, QM modules) in a pharmaceutical environment.Your responsibilitiesSupport creation and maintenance of plant-specific and global Master Data in SAPEnsure alignment with ALK's general SAP business process template (MM, PP, QM modules)Identify and implement global business process enhancements in collaboration with local SAP teamsCoordinate, assign, and support the tickets backlogParticipate in site implementation projects, rollouts, and deployment of new functionalitiesSupport loading of new data and assist the business in process designYour profileBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience3+ years' experience in SAP Master Data or related SAP activitiesExperience with SAP MM, PP, and/or QM modules (logistics knowledge a plus)Familiarity with GxP and the pharmaceutical industry preferredExperience with implementation and validation of IT systemsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProactive, service-minded, and a collaborative team playerProfessional proficiency in English (spoken and written)What we offerStable contract with a global companyHybrid work model (balance between on-site and remote work)Position based in Madrid, working with international colleagues across EuropeAttractive incentives and social benefitsA role in a consolidated company with strong international growth, where people are the most important assetGlobal IT at ALKGlobal IT is a global organisation of ~110 employees across three main hubs: Hørsholm (Denmark), Madrid (Spain), and Krakow (Poland), with additional IT staff at production sites and regional sales hubs.
