In this role, you will support Nordic travellers around the world when unexpected situations happen during their trips — helping coordinate medical care, travel arrangements, and practical support. It's a dynamic and meaningful role where you help people while building valuable international work experience.
Responsibilities Support travellers worldwide via phone and email
Handle cases related to illness, accidents, or travel disruptions
Provide guidance regarding travel insurance coverage
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines, and international partners
Arrange flights, accommodation, or medical assistance when needed
Register and manage cases in internal systems
Deliver professional and empathetic support to customers in stressful situations
The assistance centre operates 24/7, therefore the role includes rotating shifts (day, evening, night, and weekends).
