About Digital Profile Factory (DPF)
DPF specializes in designing and configuring eSIM profiles for network operators. An eSIM profile is a digital SIM card that allows mobile devices to connect to a cellular network without a physical SIM card. DPF provides essential data to manufacturing sites and enhances eSIM management solutions, while pioneering the IDSP platform to set new standards in digital profile management.
Role
Data Delivery Manager reports to the Head of Toolchain Management. As a Data Delivery Manager you’ll take ownership of all data records within DPF, define master data sources, and ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain ownership of all data records used or generated in DPF.
* Define master data sources, storage tools and user access rights.
* Determine data entry, modification, and flow across tools and processes.
* Establish and monitor a data governance framework to ensure data is managed correctly, consistently, and securely.
* Develop scalable data models optimized for operational and analytical purposes to support business decisions.
* Develop guidelines and procedures for data quality assurance and implement mechanisms to monitor and improve data integrity.
* Define all data that is required, used, modified, and created within DPF.
* Define where, in which process, and with which tool data is captured, entered, changed, or generated.
Key Tasks
* Design, implement and continuously improve the DPF data architecture to support current and future business requirements.
* Define where and how data is captured, entered, changed, or generated, including responsibilities and permissions for modification.
* Implement data quality assurance mechanisms to monitor, correct, and prevent integrity issues.
* Drive data integration solutions, ensuring information flows seamlessly across tools, platforms, and processes.
* Enable advanced data use cases through analytics and AI/ML solutions, ensuring the architecture supports volume, velocity, and variety requirements.
* Promote innovation in data usage to deliver new business insights and competitive advantages.
Technology Selection & Evaluation
* Assess new data management and analytics technologies, recommend adoption where relevant.
* Conduct architecture and technology reviews to ensure alignment with corporate standards and integration into existing landscapes.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory
* Work closely with the team, tool product owners, and portfolio managers to align data solutions with operational needs.
* Advise on best practices for data architecture and management.
Qualifications, Experience, and Technical Skills
* University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 8–10 years of professional experience in data management, including at least 5 years in a Data Architect role within a complex organization.
* Proven track record in developing and implementing data architecture strategies and data governance frameworks.
* Strong expertise in database technologies, data warehousing, and Big Data technologies.
* Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern data architecture approaches (Data Lakes, Data Mesh).
* Excellent English language skills (Business proficient – native).
* Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non‑technical stakeholders.
* Strong team player with the ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross‑functional teams.
