Product Marketing Manager – Rentals United
Rentals United is one of the technology leaders in the vacation rentals space, providing an advanced distribution platform for professional short‑term rental property managers worldwide. The platform connects property managers to multiple integral booking channels in real time, serving as a hub with integrations ranging from OTAs and sales channels to PMSes, including a White Label distribution solution.
* Own go‑to‑market strategy, product storytelling, and revenue initiatives that grow new revenue, upsell growth, and customer retention.
* Execute product launches end‑to‑end: define narrative, build assets, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and track post‑launch adoption.
* Own positioning and messaging: develop competitive content that counters the all‑in‑one PMS narrative and keeps the story consistent across sales, customer success, and marketing.
* Build and maintain sales enablement materials—one‑pager, product slides, battle cards, and segment‑specific proof points—and track usage and impact.
* Work with Customer Success to identify at‑risk accounts, create upsell plays with clear revenue attribution, and align on churn objectives.
* Own white‑label go‑to‑market: build value proposition, create enablement materials, and drive revenue growth for this strategic line.
* Track market evolution, turn insights into positioning, and share competitive intelligence with sales, product, and leadership.
* Run cross‑functional initiatives, own the product marketing calendar, coordinate briefs and reviews, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Success Metrics
* White‑label revenue grows quarter on quarter.
* Upsell initiatives generate a measurable pipeline.
* Churn reduces in our highest‑value customer cohorts.
* Product launches land on time with clear messaging and tracked adoption.
* Sales and CS always have current, relevant materials.
* The competitive narrative is proactive, not reactive.
Requirements
* 2–4 years of B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in hospitality tech, channel management, or a related space.
* Strong project management: run cross‑functional initiatives, not just produce assets.
* A writer and storyteller who translates complex product features into clear customer value.
* Data‑literate enough to track impact and adjust tactics.
* Comfortable working independently in a lean team where priorities shift.
* Experience within a channel management or PMS environment is a plus.
