What are we looking for?
We are looking for aWe’re looking for a high‑potential Key Account Manager: someone empathetic, commercially sharp, and ambitious, with proven experience and a strong desire to grow in the world of key customer management to join our Sales Team in our Global Headquarter (Madrid).
Mission
To own and grow a portfolio of key retail accounts, creating long‑term value through strong partnerships, data‑driven decisions, and tailored business plans that deliver profitable and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
planning and management of key retail accounts
within the business unit.
Build, develop, and protect
strong, long‑lasting, and profitable customer relationships .
Act as a trusted partner for clients: understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and turn opportunities into results.
Make decisions with
autonomy and accountability
in day‑to‑day account management.
Take end‑to‑end responsibility for the
customer or portfolio P&L .
Use point‑of‑sale and market data to
identify growth opportunities
and unlock business potential.
Design and execute
tailored customer business plans, aligned with both customer and company objectives.
Proactively identify and develop
new business opportunities
within existing accounts.
Grow with the role, with the
potential to take on team leadership responsibilities
in the future.
You will need
Based in
Madrid .
University education.
Proven experience in
Sales, Trade Marketing, or Purchasing .
Solid understanding of the
retail channel, ideally within the food sector.
A track record of
success in key account management .
Strong
organizational and time‑management
skills in a dynamic environment.
High
analytical capability
to define account priorities, objectives, and customer development plans.
Clear, confident, and effective
communication skills .
Good command of
Microsoft Office and AI tools .
English: High level
