About the RoleAs a Senior Auditor with focus on P&C Underwriting in Group Internal Audit (GIA), you will have the opportunity to leverage your underwriting knowledge across the end-to-end value chain while participating in a variety of audit activities. You will engage with senior underwriters and function heads on a regular basis across multiple underwriting lines of business.
This role is an opportunity to deal with themes that have direct impact on the execution of Swiss Re strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead / contribute to various audits, using your expertise to deliver technically excellent reports on time.
Provide management with insights into improvement opportunities, building on audit findings.
Monitor risk landscape, analyze relevant datapoints to inform GIA risk assessment and audit plans.
Coaching other members of the audit team on technical underwriting topics.
Challenging the audit teams to excel by acting as a role model.

Essentials
More than 5 years' experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance industry
In-depth understanding of the end-to-end underwriting process in P&C Re/Insurance
Practical experience in pricing and underwriting
Nice to Haves
Experience with internal or external reviews or audits
Experience across multiple lines of business
Salary and BenefitsFor Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 56,000 and EUR 94,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience. In situations where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
