Responsibilities
* Operate, administer, and continuously improve IAM systems with a focus on SailPointISC.
* Manage and maintain SailPointISC components within SaaS environments.
* Monitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively resolving issues.
* Manage access‑control policies, roles, authentication flows and integrations with other systems.
* Maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, Active Directory, EntraID, SAP modules, ServiceNow and SIEM tools.
* Implement system changes, patches and enhancements in line with change‑management best practices.
* Collaborate with internal and customer teams to optimise processes, performance and documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles).
Experience
* Hands‑on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC); relevant certifications are a plus.
* Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including LDAP, SAML, authentication flows, and system integrations.
* Strong troubleshooting skills with experience analysing logs, APIs and relational databases.
* Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab and Microsoft Office.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and customer‑focused communication skills.
* Languages: Spanish and English (B2 level) required; Catalan is a plus.
