Job Description
You proide proactive, high-level executive support to the VP EDS Operations, enabling focus on strategic priorities and operational effectiveness across a complex international scope. The role sits at the heart of the EDS organization and directly impacts leadership efficiency, decision-making, and cross-regional coordination.
Responsibilities
Partner with the VP to manage priorities, time, and deliverables
Prepare and refine presentations, reports, and executive communications
Support strategic reviews (MORs, business updates, leadership presentations...)
Conduct research and synthesize data into actionable insights
Track key actions and follow-ups
Manage complex calendar across multiple time zones
Coordinate international travel and detailed itineraries
Organize leadership meetings, offsites, and business events
Ensure effective meeting preparation, readiness and alignment
Act as key interface between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
Draft and manage executive communications
Prioritize and manage incoming communications
Build strong relationships across regions and functions
Support rhythm-of-the-business processes (KPIs, monthly reviews, ops review...)
Ensure follow-through on key initiatives and decisions
Maintain structured documentation and governance
Drive continuous improvement in processes
Handle sensitive information with discretion
Support VP in a multi-location, international environment
High impact on executive effectiveness and organizational efficiency
Work in a highly diverse, multicultural environment, engaging with stakeholders across Western and Eastern Europe and North Africa
High level of autonomy and initiative
Anticipate needs and prioritize independently
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at VP level
Experience working in multinational, multicultural environments
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Fluent English, Spanish and Catalan with strong written and verbal communication skills
