About the Role

We're looking for someone to own the LinkedIn channel end-to-end — content, engagement, and outreach. This isn't a coordinator role with a checklist. You'll be expected to think, write, and build a presence that attracts the right clients. If you know how LinkedIn actually works and enjoy crafting messages that get replies, this is built for you.

What You Will Do

* Plan and publish content on the LinkedIn company page and founder profile — posts, articles, and commentary.
* Write in a tone that feels human and professional — not corporate, not generic.
* Engage with the audience: respond to comments, join relevant conversations, grow organic reach.
* Run outreach campaigns targeting potential clients — CTOs, Founders, Payment Managers, Directors — via LinkedIn.
* Research target accounts and build prospect lists for personalized outreach sequences.
* Track and report key metrics — reach, engagement rate, reply rate, leads generated.
* Bring ideas to the table — what to test, what's working in the market, what the channel is missing.

What We Are Looking For

* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn — personal brand, company page, or outreach campaigns.
* Strong writing skills in English — clear, natural, with a B2B sensibility.
* Understanding of what resonates with a business audience: no fluff, no hollow engagement bait.
* Comfortable running outreach — thoughtful and personalized, not copy-paste blasts.
* Self-organized and proactive — you manage your own workload and don't need micromanagement.
* Familiarity with the fintech industry.
