Experteer Overview As Training Consultant you will design, coordinate and deliver the training strategy for major transformations, including SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics implementations. You will work from our Global IT Service Center in Madrid, preparing diverse user groups for new systems and ways of working. You'll collaborate across streams to ensure timely, high-quality training and digital adoption, shaping how users adopt new processes at scale. This role offers hands‐on delivery with significant responsibility and creative freedom.
Responsabilidades Coordinate and execute training deployment aligned with the program strategy
Monitor training activities and provide ongoing support to meet timelines and objectives
Define and manage training plans, including infrastructure, scheduling, and KPI-based tracking
Oversee creation and quality of training materials and digital adoption content
Drive adoption of digital enablement solutions (WalkMe) to improve in-application guidance
Ensure availability and proper functioning of training and digital adoption tools
Collaborate with functional streams, stakeholders, and partners to reflect business processes
Support creation and maintenance of training documentation and reporting (JIRA, Confluence)
Travel up to 30% to Liebherr sites worldwide for training delivery
Requisitos principales 5+ years of experience in training development and delivery, ideally in large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs
Experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and Field Service) transformations is highly desirable
Ability to engage and train diverse user groups from operational roles to senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and user adoption strategies
Hands‐on experience with digital adoption platforms, especially WalkMe
Experience with training creation and learning tools (Articulate 360, SuccessFactors LMS or similar) is a strong advantage
Proven track record of delivering training on time and meeting project objectives
Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish desirable; German is an advantage
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred
Proactive, hands‐on, collaborative mindset; ability to work in multicultural, cross‐functional teams
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)
