Supply Chain Operations is part of Vestas' growing and innovative Service Business Unit. The department is responsible for planning, repair, certification and technical support for Service tools.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure a safety culture and focus for all employees
- Supervise your direct reports and support them to solve issue requiring escalation
- Coordinate and support strategic and operational improvement projects
- Ensure that direct reports have the required technical competences and they all work with aligned/starndard processes
- Coordinate the tool supply with warehouse operation
- Responsible for order handling, repair and certification of tools
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or similar)
- Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience from a similar role.
- Experience from a leading role within warehousing, logistics or supply chain activities
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing (daily meetings in English)

- Solid and proven leadership skills
- Practical competencies driving to effective action plans
- Solid IT capabilities and knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and ERP systems.
- Solid communication skills with numerous stakeholders at different levels
- Capacity to support and motivate remote teams
- A adaptable approach to your work and the ability to handle many tasks at the same time
