In this role, you will be at the forefront of converting inbound leads into loyal customers while delivering an exceptional onboarding experience. Your mission is to understand each prospect's unique needs, provide personalised solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to activation. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliEngage with inbound leads to understand their goals and challenges, positioning our solutions effectively to address their needs. /liliEffectively close sales to convert qualified inbound leads into active customers. /liliGuide customers through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and ease of use. /liliCommunicate with leads and customers through chat, email, and phone, delivering a professional and responsive service experience. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve any challenges customers encounter during onboarding to ensure a smooth start with our products. /liliCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Product) to ensure alignment and deliver value-driven solutions. /liliIdentify and report potential key accounts or partnership opportunities for strategic growth. /liliTrack and manage leads and sales activities in CRM tools, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. /liliAchieve or exceed sales and onboarding KPIs, consistently contributing to the team's success. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSkills and Qualifications /strong /pulliProven experience in sales, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment. /liliFluency in Spanish and English /liliFamiliarity with the Spanish SME market and its business landscape will be considered a strong plus. /liliExceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and empathy with diverse customers. /liliProficiency in conducting consultative sales conversations, including the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. /liliA customer-first mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities. /liliAbility to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. /liliProficiency in CRM software and other sales/enablement tools is a plus. /liliStrong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. /li /ulpbr/ppWhy Join Us? /pulliBe part of a collaborative and innovative team passionate about helping businesses succeed. /liliOpportunities for professional growth and skill development in a fast-growing industry. /liliCompetitive salary, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits package. /liliRemote work /li /ulpbr/ppstrongIf you're enthusiastic about making an impact and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
