Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver to join our Bilbao team as a Supply Chain & Admin Support specialist. This role is the backbone of operations, handling SIM and hardware orders, ensuring customers receive what they need, when they need it. You will work closely with internal teams from customer service to logistics to keep operations smooth and efficient. You will report to the Administration and Logistics Manager and coordinate between departments and external carriers.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and dispatch customer orders for SIMs and hardware, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfilment.
* Track shipments, coordinate with carriers, resolve delivery issues, and keep customers informed.
* Manage inventory and packaging supplies, maintaining warehouse organisation.
* Handle SIM activations and other order requirements, ensuring all technical details are covered.
* Triage incoming support tickets, prioritise urgent requests, and route to the appropriate team to meet SLA timelines.
Key Experience & Skills
* Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, or administrative support.
* Fantastic organisational skills with effective prioritisation in a busy environment.
* Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with carriers and customers.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to manage data and create reports.

1. Optimise Order Fulfilment: Implement new best practices for shipment tracking and packaging to increase productivity and reduce delivery issues.
2. Enhance Customer Communication: Develop and maintain a proactive communication strategy for shipment statuses.
3. Streamline Inventory Management: Establish a robust system for managing packaging supplies and product restocking, ensuring optimal stock levels and warehouse organisation.
