At Factorial, we are excited to announce an opening for an Account Manager Small Accounts role for the Italian market. We are seeking a dedicated professional passionate about customer success, upselling, and retention strategies to join our team and help us enhance our client relationships.

The Role

As the Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be a key point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your main focus will be on understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and proactively providing solutions to improve their experience with our services. You will play a crucial role in developing long-term relationships with clients and driving retention and upselling initiatives.

* Engage with clients: Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to understand client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
* Analyze data: Utilize analytics tools to track customer engagement metrics and identify trends that may impact retention.
* Develop strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement upselling and retention programs that foster customer loyalty.
* Address issues: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any client concerns promptly and effectively.
* Feedback loop: Create feedback mechanisms with clients to ensure they feel heard and valued, contributing to our product development.
* You have at least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or Inside Sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
* You are fluent in both English and Italian.
* Your communication skills are excellent, both written and verbal.
* You are analytical, with a talent for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
* You have experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer engagement platforms.
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
* You are proactive, empathetic, and genuinely care about helping customers succeed.
