We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to validate end-to-end workflows across Salesforce, eCommerce, and Oracle Cloud integrations. This role focuses on automation and integration testing of quote-to-cash, subscription billing, order fulfillment, and customer journey flows. The position is based in El Poblado, Medellín (Cra. 43A # 6 sur 26) with an in-office-first preference;
hybrid may be considered.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for Salesforce, eCommerce, and Oracle integration points.
Build and execute API and integration tests to validate data consistency across systems.
Develop and run regression, SIT, E2E, and UAT test cycles against release milestones.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to map and validate business workflows (lead - opportunity - order - billing - revenue).
Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and workflow documentation.
Track, report, and drive resolution of defects;
perform root cause analysis.
Validate payment, subscription, cancellation, returns, taxation, and promotion scenarios in commerce flows.
Coordinate testing activities in Agile sprints, including sprint planning and reviews.
Validate Salesforce workflows across Sales, Service, and Commerce Cloud.
Validate fulfillment, billing, accounts receivable, and Oracle-related flows.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in QA with strong emphasis on automation and integration testing.
Proven experience testing Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud) OR Oracle Cloud integrations.
Solid understanding of eCommerce customer journeys (browse - cart - checkout - payment - fulfillment) and subscription billing workflows.
Hands‑on experience testing APIs and integration points between Salesforce/eCommerce and Oracle.
Experience with automation frameworks or tools such as Cucumber, TestCafe, Fragrant, or Playwright.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, HP ALM).
Strong knowledge of SDLC and test cycles (SIT, E2E, UAT, regression).
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to work primarily in-office at El Poblado, Medellín (hybrid considered only if necessary).
Experience validating pricing, contract approvals, recurring payments, returns, promotions, and taxation.
Ability to validate data, APIs, integrations, and batch jobs across systems.
Understanding of ERP finance, invoicing, G/L, or supply chain workflows.
Nice to Have
Experience with Quote-to-Cash, order management, billing, and accounts receivable validation.
Experience with middleware tools for data synchronization (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).
Experience validating ERP-related flows and batch jobs between commerce/Salesforce and Oracle.
