We are looking for a dynamic person, with initiative, very strong communicational skills, who is goal-oriented and competent in creating and maintaining conversations with clients. Your main responsibilities will be :
* Contact potential clients to advise them and subsequently close the sale of the different available products (courses, accommodation, activities, ...) taking into account their motivations, needs and interests.
* Gain) extensive knowledge of all products and services available and adapt them to the needs of the client and guarantee their satisfaction
* Provide all the information required by the client, resolve their doubts and incidents arising within the sales process.
* Track customer requests and queries proactively.
* Customer loyalty ensuring the correct fulfillment of the phases / deadlines / marked commitments.
* Processing reservations, modifications, cancellations and resolving of incidents.
* Carrying out all administrative tasks associated with the position.
Requirements
* High level of English + intermediate Spanish.
* Active listening and empathy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Valuable experience in international (business or eductional) environments.
