OllecoBunge,
a company dedicated to the collection and recycling of used cooking oil, is looking for a
System Accountant.
Key Tasks
Responsible for provision of training and development for finance staff on financial software and reporting tools
Responsible for technical support and troubleshooting; providing expert support to finance teams, resolving system-related issues and diagnosing errors
Responsible for identification and implementation of process enhancements, automation opportunities and software solutions to streamline finance processes
Support design and implementation of reports to meet requirements arising from compliance obligations, business analysis and decision-making processes
Responsible for ensuring that systems are compliant with internal control frameworks and accounting principles
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standard
Support development of the framework of financial controls through system enhancements and reporting improvements
Work with IT, operations, external vendors, EDI providers and other stakeholders on system-related projects including implementation of new technologies, system upgrades and integrations
Undertake other reasonable duties as requested
Qualifications:
Finance qualification – degree or vocational qualification (e.g. grado superior)
Experience using and supporting finance systems
Desirable:
Prior experience as a systems accountant
Experience working in finance within the waste or logistics industries
Experience using Infor M3 and/or other Infor applications
Experience of project delivery
Fluent in Spanish. At least, B2 in English
Spanish driving licence
Communication and teamwork skills
Training & development skills
Excellent computer skills particularly Excel
