The role will evolve the global design, governance, standardization, KPI Dashboards, drive continuous improvement, enabling the markets and functional leaders to drive their accountability on the OTC process and track cash delivery across the Group to ensure performance is well understood at all times. The role ensures process efficiency, strong internal controls, optimization of working capital and alignment with overall business targets, being the single point of accountability on OTC performance, systems and policy compliance across the Group, whilst embedding a KPI focus across the Finance and business teams, whilst leveraging the new MS Dynamics 365 ERP.
