Solution Specialist (Spanish-speaking) - Hybrid - Cloud Solutions MV02
Location: Benalmádena, Spain (Hybrid). Full-time role. The job requires native or proficient Spanish and fluent English. The company is Concentrix, a integral technology and services leader delivering cloud solutions to brands in over 70 countries.
What You Will Do
- Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the team
- Provide technical product overviews and insights relevant to customer needs and usage scenarios
- Increase technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud
- Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as needed
- Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers via Teams
- Serve as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers
- Conduct group and one-on-one trainings across the Center on subject matter expertise
- Continuously research and stay updated on the latest cloud capabilities and pricing for Microsoft and competitors
Your Qualifications
- Native or proficient in Spanish and fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
- Minimum Fundamentals certification required; L200 certification preferred
- Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions
- Knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud/hybrid solutions (preferred)
- Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning
- Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management
- Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for customer-facing roles
Nice to Have
- Experience in technical sales or presales
- Fields: computer science, mathematics, or engineering
- Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
