Our people are at the heart of this mission, and we are now looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist to strengthen our team in Central Europe.As the primary point of contact for our customers in the DACH-region, we're looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist to join our team.In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience — from onboarding and order‐to‐invoice coordination to reliable day‐to‐day support.You'll collaborate closely with internal departments, helping to solve customer needs efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement and quality across our processes.It's a role where you can truly make an impact, both for our customers and for the way we work!For this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either:our Bönen (Germany) office ORour office in Agrate Brianza, Milan (Italy) ORour office in Madrid (Spain)The chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate.Your responsibilitiesYou provide customer support in the DACH region and act as the first point of contact for questions and inquiriesYou maintain data and set up new customers, building long-term relationships through excellent serviceYou monitor daily warehouse movements and proactively identify and address discrepanciesYou coordinate inventory checks, taking responsibility for communication, analysis, and follow-upYou handle quality-related issues and stay in close contact with the quality department until resolutionYour profileYou have completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office administrator, or have comparable experience in customer serviceYou are motivated and eager to learn – your motivation is more important than many years of experienceYou have very good German and English language skills (additional languages are a plus)You have strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail, the ability to prioritize, and a hands-on mentalityYou have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with customersYou are confident in using MS Office – training on our internal software will be providedWhat we offer youPermanent contract with a competitive remuneration package aligned with your skills and experience.Local benefits, depending on the final location of hireHome-office up to 2 days/week is possible after the onboarding periodContinuous investment in your personal and professional development through training and coaching.A dynamic and fast-growing company that is part of a strong international group, with a focus on sustainability.A supportive, collaborative team environment where your ideas and contributions matterInterested?We cultivate a tight-knit team of smart people who care about their work and their colleagues.
