WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be overall responsible for securing the creation and distribution of all paid media and in-store content across local markets, working closely with our internal agency, media agency, and cross-functional teams including Store, E-commerce, and Media. Key responsibilities include:
1. RETAIL MARKETING STRATEGY : Lead content creation of store material, being fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan, and commercial team activations to proactively align with store teams and secure timely delivery of communication assets.
2. MEDIA CONTENT MANAGEMENT: Lead the content creation of paid media campaigns, aligning media planning with merchandising prios, and collaborating with internal teams and external media agency to support the implementation of paid media across the full marketing funnel.
3. EXPANSION CONTENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Partnering with expansion teams, store, marketing teams to lead the activation side of store rebuilds and openings—ensuring seamless planning and communication execution through strong cross-functional coordination.
4. BUDGET ACCOUNTABILITY: Responsible to forecast and track the marketing production budget, overseeing multiple
