About the Role
- Ensure that La Roca Village achieves its sales targets, retail strategy and provides an excellent customer experience.
- Develop retail strategies to drive business growth and commercial success.
- Manage various projects efficiently to ensure timely completion and success.
- Guide store managers on in‑store standards and customer service.
- Coordinate with learning and development on staff training.
- Identify and acquire new products that drive innovation.
- Analyze sales data and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and improve business operations.
- Provide weekly management reports with analysis.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in international retail.
- Degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Ability to work well with all business levels and customers.
- Creative, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused with a deep understanding of quality service.
- Energetic, hands‑on and tenacious self‑starter.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing change.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.
