Job Description
At MRM, we are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Automation team. If you are passionate about automation, detail‐oriented, and enjoy working in dynamic international environments, we'd love to meet you! You will join a specialized automation team, contributing to the planning, testing, and execution of multichannel campaigns, while collaborating closely with Data, CRM, and client teams. We're looking for someone with strong adaptability to new tools, excellent attention to detail, solid prioritization skills, and a problem‐solving mindset when managing complex processes.
Key Responsibilities
Planning, testing, and executing multichannel campaigns in Braze (under team supervision).
Creating and managing tickets in internal project management tools.
Gathering requirements and prioritizing tasks.
Monitoring and securing approval of assets with clients and internal teams.
Collaborating with Data and CRM departments to drive continuous improvement in campaigns and processes.
Requirements
2–4 years of proven experience in automation teams, ideally within multidisciplinary and international projects.
Experience in multichannel campaign execution.
Knowledge of Braze.
HTML knowledge.
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar).
Strong communication and cross‐functional collaboration skills.
English level C1 (mandatory).
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Figma.
Experience presenting work to clients.
Relevant certifications in automation or MarTech.
Ability to work with different clients and adapt to various business environments.
